Getting here without a car
Express + rental is most reliable. The Karuizawa M-line also stops at the ranch (arrivals 13:19 and 15:29). The 09:58 downhill needs a pre-arranged early out.
Check train, bus, and car connections. Karuizawa-origin M-line arrivals at the ranch are 13:19 and 15:29.
