On Tuesday and Wednesday the hermit is away: a new booking that touches those days must be made by the Sunday before, and the lounge sells no day passes. Thursday to Monday, 4 nights, touches neither; just book a Thursday arrival by the day before (Wednesday).
Coming on company expenses? After you pay, you issue your own receipt with your company name on it (a qualified simplified invoice).

Express + rental is most reliable. The Karuizawa M-line also stops at the site (arrivals 13:14 and 15:29). The 10:08 downhill needs a pre-arranged early out.
