Safety & ResponsibilityAll equipment and all rentals (tents, power, heaters, fire pits, BBQ, cookware, coolers, etc.) are used at your own risk. Drones must comply with Japanese aviation law. Return every rental clean — dirty return: flat ¥2,000 cleaning fee. Damage, soiling beyond cleaning, or loss is charged at actual (depreciated) value or restoration cost — not list price. Where a refundable deposit applies, it is applied against damages and any shortfall is billed separately; the deposit is not a liability cap.
