Rental gear — add to your stay

  • Paid on Open Days

All-in Camp, Field only and car stays add BBQ, fire pits, stoves and lanterns at the nightly rate.

  • In the charter rate

A full-venue charter (corporate or organised events) includes on-site shared gear in the flat venue band.

  • Sold on site

Firewood, charcoal, gas and fire starters are shop sales — not a rental.

Safety & Responsibility

  • All equipment and all rentals (tents, power, heaters, fire pits, BBQ, cookware, coolers, etc.) are used at your own risk.
  • Drones must comply with Japanese aviation law.
  • Return every rental clean — dirty return: flat ¥2,000 cleaning fee.
  • Damage, soiling beyond cleaning, or loss is charged at actual (depreciated) value or restoration cost — not list price.
  • Where a refundable deposit applies, it is applied against damages and any shortfall is billed separately; the deposit is not a liability cap.
