No neighbors for 7 km. Pitch where you like, work on fiber, light the fire on the deck at dusk. In the cold months the Kotatsu Lounge has its kotatsu, open 24 hours on the All-in Camp. Check-in is Thursday to Monday; to arrive on Tue/Wed, ask us on LINE.

The story of this place
December 2025: the work moves indoors, with a tent still up in the hall

After more than 20 years working in Singapore, I was tired of city life and came back to Japan around 2024. I took up camping, but driving out of Tokyo every Friday or Saturday and crawling home through Sunday traffic was torture. So we set out to make one place where you can work and camp at the same time. Around August 2025 we found an abandoned ranch resthouse, and my wife and I spent about a year bringing it back. We cleared out the rodents and insects, put in double glazing, heating and air conditioning, and slept through winter nights in a tent pitched inside the building.

    At 1,444m the All-in Camp is ¥6,500/night on check-ins through 31 Oct for the first adult, +¥3,500 each additional (¥7,200 and +¥4,200 from 1 Nov), with the Kotatsu Lounge open 24 hours and unlimited hot showers: Warm all night, every night.

    Field only is ¥3,000/night on check-ins through 31 Oct, +¥2,000 each additional (¥5,200 and +¥2,200 from 1 Nov), with the field, shared kitchen, toilets and parking (the gym is on every plan).

    You sleep in your tent on either plan.

    Both share the washlet toilets with warm-water bidet seats and the roofed deck terrace with its brick fire pit, and there are yoga mats on site.

  2. This is a real former pasture: gently sloped, leveled a little more every season.

    Blue ground sheets (ブルーシート) are laid in parts of the field so grass doesn’t grow under a tent — pitch on one if you want a flat base that is ready to go, or anywhere else on the field you like.

    Bring a thick sleeping mat if you want extra comfort, and if you feel a lean, pitch with your head uphill.
