Ship your camp up the mountain

Trains run from Tokyo; your gear rides Yamato. We receive parcels on host days, rack them by booking, and hand them over at check-in — then ship everything home from one desk on Monday.

Gear Concierge

  1. ¥500 per parcel

    ¥500 per parcel, free for full-venue charters.

  2. 7 days before check-in

    Parcels accepted from 7 days before check-in. Earlier arrivals may be refused or returned.

  3. guest name + booking confirmation code + check-in date

    The label MUST show guest name + booking confirmation code + check-in date — no booking reference, no acceptance.

  4. host day (Fri / Sat / Sun)

    Schedule delivery for a host day (Fri / Sat / Sun) using the courier's delivery-date + AM option. For a Friday check-in, have rental companies deliver Friday AM, not Thursday.

  5. Couriers refuse gas canisters (CB/OD缶), lighters, and knives — the minimart stocks CB缶 and lighters on-site.

  6. 14 days after check-out

    Collect at check-in from the Gear Rack; you carry it the last 50 meters. Unclaimed parcels are held 14 days after check-out, then returned freight-collect (着払い).

  7. We sign for parcels and store them indoors, unopened. We are not responsible for contents, courier damage, or perishables.

Leave the box at the desk at checkout — free.

Ship-Back Desk

  1. Outbound shipping goes out every Monday.

  2. Round-trip 往復宅急便 (best)

    ship from home with Yamato's round-trip waybill: outbound label carries our address, the pre-attached return label carries yours, both prepaid. At checkout, just leave the box.

  3. Rental returns

    shipping rental services include a prepaid 着払い return slip in the box. Repack, stick the slip on, leave it at the desk.

  4. Anything else

    ships 着払い (freight collect): take a blank waybill from the desk, fill it in, and leave it on the box — you pay the courier at your own door. We never handle shipping money.

  5. Fri/Sat checkouts that can't wait for Monday can go out with the driver's regular Friday pass — ask at checkout.

After your event, leave the wet tents. We air-dry them in the yard.

Dry & Return — charter add-on

  1. ¥3,000 per tent.

  2. Charter and corporate events only

    arranged with your charter booking, not bookable online. Agree the tent count with us in advance.

  3. with its own storage bag

    Air-dry only, weather permitting — no washing, no cleaning. Leave each tent with its own storage bag; dried gear goes back into that bag as-is. No box packing.

  4. You arrange the return

    book a Yamato pickup (web or phone) with the campground as the pickup address, and tell us the pickup date in advance. The driver brings a 着払い waybill — you pay the courier directly. We never handle shipping money.

  5. Pickup on host days (Fri / Sat / Sun); Mon–Thu only by prior arrangement.

  6. damage waiver (免責同意書)

    A signed damage waiver (免責同意書) is required — we are not liable for damage, fading, mold in extended wet weather, or courier handling.
